Carol Lockett, a local solicitor, with 27 years’ experience in advising on inheritance tax planning through lifetime gifts, trusts, wills and deeds of variation and advising the elderly on Lasting Powers of Attorney and care fees planning recently joined JSM’s Felixstowe office.

Carol is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is a past President of The Suffolk and North Essex Law Society.
