Krystyna Smithers is JSM's Practice Manager, based at Ipswich, her varied duties in Marketing, Personnel and Practice Development also take her to the Diss and Felixstowe offices.  Krystyna’s last post was as General Manager at The Spa Pavilion Theatre in Felixstowe and prior to that she spent over ten years at the Ipswich Institute in the same capacity.
