Paul has been head of the Firm’s Litigation Department for the past 2 ½ years. Prior to that he was a Partner at Prettys, one of the larger Firms in Ipswich, where he gained wide experience in private and commercial litigation matters over a 20 year period. He also has considerable personal injury experience, and heads the Firm’s Clinical Negligence Department with Chris Moffat, the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel member.
